A careers site for everyone

We want every candidate to be able to find and apply for Explera roles. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

• Semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link to the main content, and descriptive link text.
• Full keyboard access with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Text and controls with at least 4.5:1 contrast against the background, and touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
• Labels on every form field, with errors shown next to the field and announced to screen readers.
• Animations (rotating headline, city marquee, testimonials) stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Pages work from 375 pixels wide and when zoomed to 200 percent.
• The apply form works without JavaScript.

Known limitations

Uploaded resumes are shared with recruiters as submitted, so we cannot guarantee that attachments are accessible. Photographs have text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
